I posted this on another forum with no answers, I guess everyone brings their stuff to the dealers. Anyways, he it goes: A short delay exists between transitioning between different inputs. Going forward and then reverse for example. I pulled the joystick and everything seems fine there. This delay is intensified during cold weather. Plowing snow at 0 to -20F, when the control is release the machine very slowly comes to a stop. I keep this machine in a heat garage at 55F so I do not believe that the hydraulic fluid is cooling off fast enough to have an effect especially with the reservior tank located in the engine compartment. I am inclined to look at the charge pressure or the pilot control manifold. I understand about checking the charge pressure but what exactly does this do? How is this corrected if it is low? The pilot control manifold, I assume replacing the seals would be the corrective action as ASV lists a valve seal kit as a service item. I had the same problem on my RC-100. It turned out to be the "resolver block". That is the device that the joystick connects to. Apprently this was a bad part to begin with and ASV knows about it. It took me about an hour to swap it out, works just fine now.

ASV is aware of bad pilot controls (slow reaction time) on some models. I had rented a rc-60 that had these problems. I was 3 movements ahead of the actions of the machine it drove me nuts. Call ASV warranty dept and ask for Dawn 800-346-5954 she is great to work with.
