ASV HD4500 cranks but doesn't start

Have a 2000 HD 4500 that cranks over but does not start. I have bled the fuel system and when cranking am getting fuel to the injectors and the fuel tank return line. I have a local shop saying it's an electrical issue but with no glue plugs I can't see how it's electrical. The motor is a 4045 John Deere. Any thoughts or suggestions to check would be great. Also if anyone knows where I can get factory service manuals. I can only fund the crapy one that came with it. Thanks Brian

Are you getting any smoke?
While cranking, give it a quick shot of WD40 into the air cleaner, see if it pops. If so, it's a fuel issue.
Even without the glow plugs, it still should blow white smoke and even pop a bit, but may not catch to keep running without them.

I am getting zero smoke. I tried starter fluid and that made it start ding. I loss ended the fuel lines at the injectors and cranked it over and fuel came out. Could it be the injectors are clogged? Are the injectors electric? Could they not be opening? If they are not opening what could cause that?

How long has the machine been sitting? Injectors can stick when not in use for some time.
If the machine is older, the injectors will be mechanical. They use the pressure of the fuel to open and close.

The machine has been giving me trouble since April. For the past few months I had 2 batteries hooked up and it also needed a jump pack. Cranking the starter kills the battery in 30 seconds. It started sluggishly 2 weeks ago but that was the last time. The unit is a 1999. I also can't find any kind of service manual. And the previous owner has jerry rigged a lot of the wiring. Have a wire lead coming from battered to 4 relays then the 8 fuses. Not sure where all those go Then a large lead from battery to starter. Then from the starter to the ignition.

Draining the batteries that fast doesn't sound very good.
One thing i'd like to ensure is working is the fuel cut solenoid, if it's not working, you may not be getting fuel to the injectors. You said you are getting fuel, i'm just wondering if it's enough to open the injectors.
Another thing to look at is that the fuel line is good, including the lift pump. You can even install a hand primer in line to poost the pressure and see if that helps.
As you aren't getting any smoke means you aren't getting fuel into the cylinders, it could be the injector pump or even the injectors.
Depending on the style of injection, you can pull the injectors apart at home and clean/free them up if they are indeed stuck. I can give details if you wanted to tackle that.

Thanks everyone for your input. I finally resolved the issue, turns out to be a bad ground, I ended up running a ground wire from the battery right to one of the bolts on the started and not she fires right up.
