Adjust Hydraulic Pressure on 742 743

I own a 742 with a propane conversion and its a great machine. No complaints, but I just picked up a 743 diesel and the foot controls are extremely touchy, just the slightest press will cause the bucket to tilt up fast. I was wondering if there was any way to adjust the line pressure for the system. I know on my snow plow system I can adjust how fast the plow lifts and drops via a pressure adjustment. Anyone know of any suck adjustment on these? Thanks

On every 743 i have been on, the controls are never that touchy. I'd start with checking the linkages and ensure they are not worn. The lift and tilt operations should be quite smooth and not that fast. I find taht i can have a lot of control with them.
Adjusting the pressure won't do anything, it will just reduce the lifting capacity. If you reduce the flow, it will slow the rams down.
I wonder if someone removed the flow restrictor/anti-cavation washer in the control block. I know they used to have it, i'm just not 100% sure what section had it, if it was lift or tilt.
If it is a big issue, and the linkages are not to blame, you can make a restrictor to slow the flow of oil to the back tilt part of the ram. It is essentially a washer with a hole in the middle small enough to restrict the flow of oul.
