ACS alarm No codes No tilt

I have a 763 (triangle headlights) that was working great until yesterday as soon I move the right joytstick in to tilt bucket I get 3 beeps and it locks both joysticks out and ACS alarm goes on. I checked for error codes and I have none, its also the same symptom with foot control, so I don't think its the Joystick.. Its snowing here and I REALLY need to move some snow... Merry Christmas Doug

no it is one of you acuators for the hydraulic valave body. lift up the cab and they will be on the left side of the machine(if you are facine the machine) tucked in down by the the drive motors they are a little tricky to get off first try this solution there is two of them you can un hook them them swap the connects and see if the problem moves to the other joystick if it does then it is defintely you acuator. i bought mine on ebay for 300

Thanks Hester, that worked, the issue moved to the other stick so its the actuator, the question is now how hard is this to replace? if its the tilt would it be the top or the bottom actuator? Are they both inter-changeable? Too many questions I know.. Any guidance is appreciated ! Thanks again, Doug

the top is the tilt , bottom boom ------------one problem you will probally have is , when you change a actuator it needs to be recalibrated , this requires a laptop and software , sometimes you will get lucky and it will just work , there is a procedure to calibrate it with out a laptop but I have never got that to work out for me , if it is out of calibration you will know as it might not dump all the way or not boom up all the way , etc , good luck

no Doug , you don't have to pull the vavle out to change the actuator

no you do not have to pull the valve once you remove the two screws pull out on the acutator and the is a pin that will be exposed if i remember correctly it just pushes out. and i have done a few of them and have not had to have any of them recalibrated maybe i got luck though good luck

Thanks guys, finally got it swapped out today, piece of cake once i removed the control panel. It even calibrated manually, the guys at St Louis Bobcat Valley Park are top notch, if you need help they are the best. Happy New year
