I have a single pin hookup and I made a two pin adapter out of some c channel which seems to work ok. But it moves my leverage point out about 3". All my attachments are the standard two pin. I was wondering since I welded my adapter to my single pin plate would a two pin plate from a newer model such As a 2040 fit on my machine?

I can't find anyone local with a 2040 to take measurements. If anyone has one it would be greatly appreciated.
When you say plate do you mean the bucket side or the loader side of the QA
The standard quick attach is know as a sae J2513 and if you search that you will find a chart with all dimensions.
No idea on loader the QA to the loader arms though.

The loader side where the arms attach to the plate. Some mustangs had the standard two pin plate. There is someone on eBay that sells a retrofit but I would rather install a factory part as I would like to retain all oem geometry. The one I have now I made but it extends the bucket out about 3 inches.
