I can not figure out how to get to this bottom starter bolt. I got the top one off and the starter was loose. So I am a bit concerned that a grounding arc might have welded one of the ring terminals to it but I cant even get anything on it to turn it and find out. There is no clearance with the fuel tank in the way. Does that tank come out bottom? I have the skid plate off and the rear bracket that holds the tank off and it slid back and down a little bit but didnt drop out like I was hoping. Any insight would be great TIA
