873 wont lift or tilt

Hi all. when i move either hand controls ,lift light goes off behind seat . When i move right control ,right green light flashes on left control When i move left control , left green light flashes on left control . already switched relays around No Change ON my now to install new relay and count how many flashes. Any suggestions greatly apreciated.
