865 New Holland skid loader wont start ; computer codes 02

I have a 865 NH skidloader that is causing me fits ; was pushing snow and it quit ; computer code shows 02 - output circuit to fuel selenoid has shorted \ opened ;- I checked the power at the shutoff selenoid and its good and working ;all fuses good ; what else to check ? I did a search and others talk of an electric fuel pump by the filter housing , mine does,nt have this , never had this ; nothing has ever ran when i turned the key on and had this thing 5 years ; anyone hasd this trouble ??

I have a couple of 185 Bs and had some trouble with them shutting off. The new l 185 does have a electric fuel pump, the older b ain't got one .But anyhow the trouble i had was any place that wireing harness layed on something the dang thing rubbed through. And it started out just shutting off latter on it would blow fuses. I cant say if the older ones are like the newer ones but id give the wireing a good eyeball . Had it rub on the bottom of the pump housing that one caused a dead short. And up where it goes into the instrument pannel it makes a hard turn and rubbed there, that one was killer to run down. Hope that ain't it, but just the luck Ive had.

Sounds more like something associated with the EIC to me. I would start by checking and cleaning all the grounding bolts and straps ( engine, Upper right of the ROP etc) and then clean the pin connections and check voltages on the board.
