OK, your skid steer looks different on the front arms compared to my 863f. See attached picture (area circled in Yellow)
"Most" not all late 80's thru mid 2000's had the P.N. stamped on front area or rear right (See attached picture area circled in Red). That is where a typical secondary P.N. is stamped. You might have to scrape away paint, or use a wire brush. Once you locate the P.N. call your local Bobcat Dealer and they should tell you the model, ect. Keep your fingers crossed it's not stolen . Let us know update.
P.S. picture where my finger is at, if you look you can see the Bobcat stamping of the secondary P.N.

Looks like the arms on OLDIRON’s machine have plates welded to the them. They definitely do not look like how any of the arms came from the factory.
Either a repair or some sort of modification.
OLDIRON, do the arms look the same on both sides? Make sure to inspect both sides closely to see if the repairs were done correctly or not. Paint can cover cracks that could lead to a catastrophic failure. If you have access to a magnetic weld/crack inspection tool you can use it to find cracks under paint.
