853H aux hydraulics problem

I have a 853H bobcat that i have been working on. The problem is, when hooked to a grapple bucket, it will close the bucket but will not open it. You can reverse the couplings and it will open but not close. I took the hoses off and one had pressure but the other did not. I believe it has to do with something not allowing the fluid to return to the machine(getting flow to attachment but won't reverse to come back) any suggestions?
