Just bought a bobcat 843 with about 4400 hours on it with a Isuzu motor in it runs really well the lift and tilt works good until it warms up and then it would even pick the bucket up any Ideas what it might be

Fluid looks clean and it full and the filter looks new I know that don't mean anything but I was thinking that to and the aux I can pull the stick over and it will make the engine change noise
Make sure you don't do it when useing can do funny things how does it drive?

Evan after warming up? And it has the right amount of hydro fluid?
Ya even when it warms up it moves good it just stops picking up the bucket and it won't pick up a load like when I was moving snow with it it won't pick up a bucket full of snow

How long have you had it and did it do it sudden or over time

Might look up Tazza he has some tricks that could save you money
I'm with Dan and suspect the pump.
Loader parts source seems show that it runs a gear pump. Gear pumps, when they wear, loose power. Vane pumps wear and generally the vanes take up the worn space till the point that they are too worn and the vanes fall out, destroying the pump. When the oil is cold, it is thicker, when warm it thins out and by-passes the moving pump parts.

Ok I'm am back I had the pump rebuilt and I put it back together and I am still getting the same thing seems that the tilt is working better just still will not pick up a load

Did you check and set relief pressure after installing the the pump. Very important step.
