Located a fuse box back by engine compartment, does not specify which fuse if for Glow Plugs, the fuse box is NOT in cab below seat !! Is there another fuse box location under cab ? There are 8 fuses in the box in engine compartment, 2 accessories, what do the accessories control ? No voltage to Glow plugs, >? need help Thanks in advance and Happy Holidays to all

The G series has a relay under the seat for glow plugs if you have a G series machine that should be checked. You might also check the fuse for unswitched power.

Did some more troubleshooting tonight There is not voltage going to relay from the connector. There is a large Red carrying +12 volts, the ground wire, the wire that goes up too the bus bar for glow plugs and a bluish wire with gray stripe, that wire is not supplyiing 12 volts to close relay. ?? Can anyone send me schematic link and or tell me what further to troubleshoot to get this relay to supply voltage the switch when turned on was doing a count down. thanks in advance

So it is a digital dash with auto glow plugs? Does the timer count down but no power? If so I would follow harness to any connections and inspect them.

i found a Schematics, I see the connection goes to the BOSS plug and also the the front cab plug, yes, digital and auto countdown thanks

A couple of things to try. Check the fuse for unswitched power. I think you mentioned there is no fuse labeled for the glow plugs. Next, check the continuity of the wire going back to the controller that you mentioned. You'll have to pull the connector from the controller and use the schematic you found to know which pin to check in the plug. What series machine do you have? I recently had an issue with my relays not seating tightly in the panel. Push from the front and back of the panel to seat all the relays really well. My error was related to traction lock (15-02). I made video of what I mean and you can find it here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-oQzf1t65w). The part about seating relays is about half way through.

I ohmed out the wire going from the BOSS under cab back to the relay, continuity was good. All Fuses good. Cleaned connectors on BOSS. Checked each and every relay, there is 12 volts going to every relay with key on except the glow plug relay. If I cant get this figured out Im going to run a wire that pulls in glow plug relay to a momentary switch up in the cab to put voltage to glow plugs. We are calling Bobcat tomorrow to see if they will give us a hint ! thanks again for input.

If you have a G series machine check the wire harness at the 100 amp fuse. The 12v to the glow plug relay is coming from there. My schematic says that it is wire 1060. Good luck.

I have the Schematic, all wires checked, there is a DIODE in the circuit, does anyone know where that DIODE is at ? There is no Voltage to relay coming from BOSS, digital system.

The relay has to get pulled in first to allow the 12 volts to pass thru to get too the glow plugs, This is where my problem is, there is no voltage getting to relay from the BOSS system to pull the relay in .

Sounds like there might be a problem with the controller then. There is no easy way to check that out except the purchase of new controller that you probably won't be able to return if it doesn't resolve the issue unless you know the local Bobcat dealer well.
