How do I get the aux hyd to lock on? I can get it to work if I hold the switch on the right lever to the right, but it will stop if I let off the switch. Also, the light is on for the hyd lock in upper right corner of cab.

Press the Aux Button on the dash 2 times (Both LEDs should be lit).
Next Pull and Release the TRIGGER on the Right Handle.
The Aux will now be flowing at full flow.
To stop the flow, Pull and Release the TRIGGER on the Right Handle.
To turn off the Aux, press the button on the dash (Both LEDs will be off).

Lowe. is correct. But, by simply pulling the trigger on the right stick should start the aux hydros and lock it on, after the button is pushed obviously. If your aux hydro button or light is on the upper right side of the cab I think you only push the button once to start the aux. Older C and F series machines didnt have the variable hydro mode like the G series does if I remember correctly. But you should only have to pull the trigger to start/lock hydro's one time. The way bobcat aux work by default is pulling the trigger will cause hydraulic flow from the bottom (female) coupling to supply fluid to the attachment and return the fluid thru the top coupling. If the attachments flow needs to be reversed, then the thumb switch needs to be pulled to the left to reverse the flow. Most attachments are designed to run by the default flow cycle. Only a handful of attachments like a broom attachment need the hydros to be reversed.

Both LEDs light up, but the trigger on the right handle doesn't do anything. I have to tie the switch on the back of the handle to the right to get any aux hyd.

When both LEDs are on, move the toggle on the rear of the handle to either side. Hold it there and pull the trigger momentarily. That should lock the flow on. Hit the trigger momentarily to shut off the flow. Toggle on the rear of the handle should select which direction the flow is going. :) ---Bobbie-G
