743 start up

should a 743 start in warm temps 50-60 without glowing the motor?

The sticker in my 453 says from 50-70F needs a 5 second glow.
As the engine gets more hours on it you may need to glow anytime the engine is cold and may need more glow time.

The 743 plugs are a little slow to warm up. Its not un-common for me to do 15-20 second glows, it fires right up then, if its not quite long enough it has to crank a bit longer.
