Well, Big Thanks to Tazza for the parts help, (saved me a boat load of money) .... I finally put it back together today, and the drives work perfect ..... now it won't rev past 1/4 throttle (and smokes alot !!) from sitting so long..... , hopefully it will come out of it. Happy holidays !!!

I assume its running a Deutz engine? ensure the 'excess fuel' button isn't stuck down. Its a button on the injector pump that some machines have a solenoid that when starting it presses the button and releases it.
If its getting stuck (not popping up after the engine starts) it will pour out smoke.
Also check your air filter, if you aren't getting the revs up, it could be a lack of air.
Glad the drive is working well again.
