My 94 675b has started lifting and lowering slowly. The bucket tilts up and down normally. I noticed the hyd. charge light comes on when operating boom. It goes off if I move the bucket after. Could this be some sort of relief valve for the boom? Or is it the pump itself?

It could be the pump, but i'd start by replacing the filter though. Start simple then go from there.

Did you check the suction screen? May be starving the pump when using the boom cylinders. Just a thought.

I have a 675b I brought and having a issue with it bucket all works as it should but when you go to move the handle to drive the tires the left side works as it should but not the right side so I swap drive motors from each other and still the same issue right side starts to move but it slips like theirs not enough hydraulic fluid their if you hold the handle so far back and keep it their it will rotate as it should but that's it so i took the front pump off and spilt the trans in half had it look at and guy said it was fine didn't see anything wrong so but it back together and still doing the same thing

As you have swapped motors from side to side, you know it's pump related.
It could be a bad relief valve or broken spring. If you look at your pump plumbing, you can identify what pump segnemt is for what side.
You opened the pump, were there any scratches on the wear plates? it doesn't take much to cause issues, even if you can feel a scratch with a finger nail, it's too much.
