I tore up the hyd. pump drive coupler on my 610. I found the replacement part # for the whole assembly (6670804). I called my Bobcat dealer in Little Rock Ar. It's a little pricey at $265.41. Does any one know of any other sources for these parts?

It looks like a standard flexible spider shaft coupling with QD(quick disconnect) bushings in the parts manual. Any bearing/power transmission supply house should be able to fix you up with a replacement.

I have a supply house checking, thought someone may have gone through this already and would have some part numbers

Tom......I have switched all of my 610's over to Love Joy connectors which I got through Kaman. Give me a day and I'll get the part numbers for you. They are cheaper, more readily available and a more robust coupler then the original.

OK tom........These are love joy connectors that I got at Kaman, I'd imagine there are lots of other places to get them. Part numbers.......L10011/16, L09958 and the nylon 'spider' is part #L099 N. If you go this route you will need to take about .030 off of one of the metal halves in order to give enough clearance. I just use a grinder as it doesn't need to be machined. Also....while I was digging around I found a good original connector with a new nylon 'spider'. If you are interested e-mail me and we can talk about it.

I lucked out today. Found the exact replacement parts at my local NAPA store in some old inventory they had. only found one set. They charged me $50.00

You need to go buy a lotto ticket.......that's the kind of deal we all like to find.

Found this thread searching for hydraulic drive couplers on 610's. I broke one of my halves when installing a new pump and getting the .025" shim spacing right. I saw in this post that you replaced all of the hydraulic couplers on you 610's with Lovejoy couplers. Has that held up well for you? I found your recommended part numbers. Any thing else I should consider when replacing this hydraulic shaft coupler? Thank you, Chris
