4G32 Parts

Hello, I am looking for some parts for my 4G32. I recently purchased a long block and it needs water pump, distributor, and fuel pump. Is there any aftermarket or more efficient parts out there. I read that I can use the parts from a 8 dodge colt 1.6, can anyone confirm this. Thanks for the help Joe
