463 runs for about 15 minutes then sputters and dies

I'm trying to help a friend who's at work. He says it'll start up fine and drives then about 15 minutes later it sputters and dies. He says it will start right back up after it dies then about 15 minutes later it will die again. He has already replaced the primer bulb, fuel filter, and fuel lines including the pickup line. Any help would be appreciated.

Could be some crud(leaves, rag or old piece of hose) in the bottom of the fuel tank clogging the pick up line and once it stops sucking it falls off.
Also the vent hole in the fuel could be clogged.
Have him try running it with the fuel cap loose.

Yep that was it. When he replaced the pickup line he left it really long and it was sucking up stuff from the bottom of the tank. Thank you for your help
