443 quick release lever

The 443 B I just purchased is missing the quick release lever. Everything else in the mechanism is there. After spending a bunch of time on the internet trying to find a clear picture of what it looks like it appears to be a pressed steel part with the handle and pivot pretty much in line and the other hole for the linkage is abot 90 degrees to the side. Does this sound about right to you guys? Does anyone know the distance between centers of the 2 holes? A photo of the part would be great. I have a lot of scrap here I figure I can mock one up and see how it works and then dial it in before making the final one.

Thank you. That is very helpful. It is a little different than I had imagined. I did not know about part number 13. It is identified as a seal so I don't think I have to worry about that yet.
