Need some advice on removing the bushings. Pins seem simple enough, but the bushings have me at a loss. Can I cut them out? Or do I need to push them out or what? Also, is there any such thing as an oversized pin? Asked the parts dealer guy, and he looked at me like I was from outter space lol.

Pins can't be over sized for the arms as you have holes in the bosses that are of a set size. If the pin is bigger, it won't fit through it.
As for the bushings, an over sized lump of steel and a hammer should get them free. I have machined blocks to mount a porta-power ram to and pull them out. A hammer and lump of steel works though. Cutting/welding will also work.

I've never done a Case machine but on bobcat I have a piece of round stock steel that is slightly larger than the pin that I use to knock out the bushing in the tilt cylinder and on the quick attach I spot weld the old pin into the bushing and hammer it out. I've also used a die grinder with a steel bit and ground them till I could smack them with a chisel and crack them in half. The bushings are HARD so cutting wouldn't be my first choice if there's a way you can weld the old pin in and smack the bushing out.

Thanks for all replys. I've got a ball jojnt press from harbor freight I am going to try when I get a chance. Would be awesome if an $80 tool will take care of this. The old pins are only slightly worn, the bushings must just be horribly wallered out at this point. Makes me wonder if pins have been replaced a couple times by now, and bushings never touched. I can push pins out w/ my pinky finger! Pardon the oversized pin comment i had earlier, brain farted lol...
