371 Skidsteer - Bucket won't

I own a 371 skidsteer. It was running fine for an old cat, but ran into a hydraulic hose issue. The one right on top of the engine blew open and the fluid shot out and drained. I replaced the hose. I put in 4 gallons of fluid. The bucket moved a little up and the arms moved up a little then that was it. It went back down and will not move. I have the manual and nothing tells me I need to bleed the lines, but I'm wondering if I do and if I do how? Any suggestions? The nearest guy to work on it wants $300 just to have it at his shop them $75 an hour. I'm hoping I just missed something stupid. I am not a mechanic, but can follow directions pretty good. Much appreciated!!!!!
 
Not sure but I would loosen a line by the pump and let the air bleed out maybe a little air pressure in the hydro tank

The 371 hydraulic oil total capacity is 7 gals. A drain and refill is around 6 gals. since some stays in the system. There are check plugs on the side of the tank. If you remove the bottom one and oil doesn't come out you need to add oil.
The pump drive belt may have got oil soaked and is slipping.

Thank you for suggestion. Belt seems fine. I put in 6 gal opened up valve and it dribbles out very little stream. Should it be a steady flow.
