318D Repower

I have a 2011 318D that I bought with a bad engine. Deere isn't much help and just wants to sell my a new engine for as much as the unit is worth.

With the reliability issues of the 4024t, had anyone repowered one of these units?

I found several engines that will fit, but I'm unsure how the skid steer will function without the OE electronic interface. Looking for input, thanks.

Looking for input, thanksim working on one now had to swap out everything from head to back cover to valve cover to get it to work with wiring harness only problem im running into now is cam sensor trying to figure that out now

ive had one person tell me to keep it all manual but i wanted it to work with all the electronics so im stuck right now with that sensor so far that is all but its a big issue need help to figure out how to bypass that cam or speed sensor
