287c hi flow boom down issue

287c2 hi flow 2 speed. Everything works great, all hydraulic circuits except boom down. When you boom down at any point ( boom up in the air, empty even) it stokes the pump and pressure goes to max (3400 ish) psi. Have tried pulling all the load sense valves in all circuits, tried pulling/testing the load sense solenoid. Spool isn't getting stuck. Capped off the load sense line at the pump and everything then works the same. Pump don't stroke, everything works at about 800 psi and doesn't load the hydraulics up.hooked back up and Only when booming down it just loads the hydraulics right up. Thoughts.?
