Hi, everyone, I recently acquired a 257B multi terrain loader, that (of course) has a messed up seat. Does anyone have some pointers/manuals/etc on how to remove the suspension seat? I assume the bar in front is to slide it back and forth, also not working, looks like it tracks are rusted together... I can't seem to find any nuts or bolts under the seat to get it of the tracks. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thank you FrankEGD

If it follows typical automotive seat architecture, (and you're lucky) the rails will have studs that go through the bottom of the cab and you can take the nuts off and lift the whole assembly free.
If you're not so lucky, there will be bolts going through the rail to threaded inserts in the cab floor, and you'll either have to work the rails free so the seat can slide full range so that you can access the bolts.
If that's just not possible, it's skinny wheel time.

flyerdan, thank you. You are correct, the tracks were bolted through the plate that is part of the cab. Which I could not lift up due to rusted bolts. But that has been taken care of, cab can now tilt up and the seat has come out. Thank you. FrankEGD
