2060 mustang control issue

Hi, I have a 2060 mustang that has a drive control issue. When it sits in neutral position there is a light wine to the hydraulic system then the controls will jump toward with just a little push or sometimes on there own. If this happens the engine will bog and shut off. The machine only has 800 hrs on it. Any ideas of the issue?

Sounds like your neutrals need adjusted, check for any play in the rod end that attaches the neutral assembly to the pump control arm. if it has any it will need replaced
also check the bolts holding the control arms to the hydro make sure they are not loose
