2011 sr250 ground issue code 5052

Im getting error code 5052 on my 250 and the mannual said "hydraulics enable- short circut ground". Im grasping at straws and was woundering if anybody can steer me in a direction to fix it. On another thread someone suggested the master battery disconnect can make funny things happen. The only hydro functions that work are the drive functions after the code comes up. it only takes about 10 sec after pressing the opperate button for the code to flash.

I'd like to think that it wouldn't cause the issue, as it needs to carry a lot of amps to crack the starter, if it had a poor connection that could cause power loss, i'd think it wouldn't start the machine.
Have you checked your fuses and fuse box? it is possible there is a bad connection on a fuse holder, they can get corrosion and cause power issues.
