2009 T320 password lock out

I have purchased a 2009 T320 from a bobcat dealer and they supplied the manual electroniclly. I have followed the instructions and was able to change the owner password and user passwords. The machine is currently set up to start without using a password. I have tried to get it locked so it has to have a password but it wont let me..............I press the icon that is currently unlocked to lock it and it does nothing. What do i do? Any thoughts?

You may have to use the the factory code to switch to password start. Each level of codes from user, to owner to factory are allowed to do more things, especially in regards to security.

I disagree. but note the post was 2012 probally resolved by now wouldn't you think.
