2007 T180 acs code 32-54 k seires

I lost my foot controls while I was operating the machine I hate using the hand controls. Can some one help me figure this out I opened up cab pulled the harness tested all the wiring and sensors are ok. Then I moved the foot control & plugged into the hand control wiring it worked I also pulled the acs control module out and checked all connections then I reinstalled the module and plugged the wires from the till side in to the lift side the trob code then change to 32-53 Would this mean the module is Bad?. the cat has 260 hours on it. Also Can one convert this machine over to Mechanical controls? Thanks Ed

This is the most help I can offer, which isn't much. From my T180 manual, the error code 32-54 is "Tilt handle/pedal short to ground". Code 32-53 is "lift handle/pedal short to ground." Let us know how this turns out. ---RC
