2003 G series 773 Lock up issues

good day all, ive got a g series 773 that randomly locks up while driving. both direction controls and bucket control lock up. alternator light comes on same time. all lights on control panel flash. if i idle the machine down the battery light goes out and the machine automatically unlocks. problem seems to be RPM related. I check alternator output and it is constant at 14.6-14.8 volts at varying rpm. no A/C voltage leaking at alternator terminal. im planning on pulling the alternator and sending it to rebuild shop in town. just wondering if i should be looking elsewhere. i replaced battery and terminals when issue first started.

Speed dependent is very weird, there should be an RPM sensor on the bell housing near the starter, i guess it is possible it has something to do with it, i just don't get why it locks the machine up.

Sounds like a charging issue. Is the belt tight? Could be a bad cell in the battery. I’d first test the alternator. Just my 2 cents
