2002 Bobcat 753 Auxiliary solenoid

New to skid steer ownership, great site! I have no auxiliary response to my thumb switch on the right side stick. I have checked all the fuses and relays. The back trigger switch does activate the full time hydro fluid and the hoses on the grapple do jump so I am getting power to the handle . I am hoping I have a bad or stuck solenoid Which solenoid is it? I see 4 on this machine, all close together on the passenger side. Any help would be great Dennis

with the cab up, look at the control valve on the left side looking from the bucket.
The aux solenoids should be sitting vertical on the control block, one front one back.
If you swap the coils from front to back, see if the operation reverses. If the issue is still there, the issue is probably the stem its self. They can be pulled apart and cleaned or simply replaced.

Thank You! It doesn't appear I am getting any power to the solenoids however the search continues. Almost time to take it into the Bobcat dealer and let them take a look. Thanks again!

Silly question, but you have pressed the aus hydraulic button on the dash right?
The problem could be the thumb switch, even a fuse or fuse holder.

This is an old post, but I will reply anyway since I am having the same problem, only different, and it might help someone else. If the hoses are jumping, I would suspect a blocked or crisscrossed hose external to the machine. There are tee fittings on the grapple. Make sure that one tee serves the piston end of the cyls and the other tee serves the rod ends. If the tee outputs are crossed, you are pressurizing both sides of the piston which equals hose jump but no movement. You can disconnect the grapple, remove the quick connects, and energize the AUX to check if oil squirts out the connections. If my hoses jumped I would be ecstatic. My problem is electrical - I can’t even get the hoses to jump...
