1999 763F HiFlow or not

My '99 763F has rear hydraulic outputs. I think the previous owner had stabilizers on it since it has paint scratches where they would have been. Does this plumbing arrangement indicate that the machine is a HiFlow model? I have no need for the rear hydraulics and there is a small leak at the control block where the rear hydraulic lines start. Can I disconnect and plug up that control block rather than go through the hassle of trying to disassemble it and repair a leak?
