1995 743 Starting issue.....New to Skid Steers

I am completely new to Skid Steers and just bought my first 743 last week. It was running fine although a little hard to start. This week I had it in the garage and went through and replaced all the fluids. I went to start it when I was done and it cranked over but did not start. I let it sit for a few minutes and then turned the key again and I get nothing. The light on the upper right console does not even come on. I can hear a click from the engine bay but then nothing. I took the battery alternator and starter to the local auto shop to have them tested and they all test good. I cleaned the starter and the wires to make sure I had a good connection. There are two liitle boxes under the air filter int he back that have a lot of wires running to them. When I turn the key, one of them clicks. Is this normal? Should they both be clicking? Any ideas? Have you been preheating the glow plugs before you try to start it? i.e. turn the key to the left and hold for about 10secs.

Those boxes under the air filter are solenoids. One is for the starter motor, the other is for the glow plugs. As newy1234 pointed out, you should be able to turn the key to the left, one solenoid should click, this is warming the glow plugs, 10-15 seconds should be a good starting point. THen turn the key to the right and it should start.
Your battery, are you sure its in good shape? are the connections to the battery all clean and tight? this is to the frame -ve and to the starter motor +ve.
A battery that reads 12v does not always mean it will give that when under load, especially from glowing or cranking.

The battery is new as of 8/11. It is from Costco and puts out 640 CCA. I took it in to have it checked and O'Reilly Auto Parts actually said it is putting out closer to 800. Since my 743 is used and I did not know about turing the key left then right, I was just turning the key to the right, a light on the upper right hand side of the cabin would come on....something that looked like a light bulb. Then I would count to 10 and fire her up. Now I do not get the light nor do I get any cranking. I took all the connections off the starter and battery and used a wire brush to clean them up. Still nothing.

The light should come on, its either engine oil or hydrostatic pressure warning. They are meant to come on when you are about to start but go off when started.
Check you fuses, it almost sounds like you are not getting power.
Get a jumper cable and run it from your +ve battery cable and touch it to the small wire on the starter solenoid. See if it jumps into action.
The wiring harnesses can cause issues, they corrode at the main connection under the seat. They are very simple to work on, but when its not infront of me, its really hard to explain what to do to test everything...
Ensure it cranks first, if it does use the same jumper cable and touch it to the glow plug rail, hold it there for about 15-20 seconds, then touch it to the small wire on the starter motor. It should fire right up. If so, the engine is in good shape, you just need to sort out your wiring/relay issue
