02 863G HF Parking brake release

I have a 02 863G HF and the parking brake does not always release. I have to shut in down a few times and or rev it up before I can move her. When it does release I can usually feel the solenoid kick off when it does finally go. Can you guys give me any pointers on how to maybe fix it? Thank you.

Does this occur on level ground or unlevel ground?

If you rock the hydro's does it release ?? If so the pin is bent under the solenoid, probably because the solenoid is weak, or a bad connection at some point in time.

Most of the time if I shut down & start up again it will release. But it's getting worse. I take it I may need to replace the parking solenoid & I assume it's 12 volt?
