    2003 T190 turbo w/ Hiflow & ACS - Have problem with grapple

Activate the variable flow button and only use the right-hand thumb toggle. Right trigger activates the continuos flow(not needed to use grapple). You only need to the toggle thumb on right controller to open, then toggle opposite direction to close. I have rear stabilizers that are on my left...

    New Tracks

My experience has taught me to proceed with information and more information. Tracks can be the best or the worst. I prefer a track loader over a rubber tire machine for the stability and traction. My primary terrain is dirt. If you can use the machine in dirt, tracks will last longer than a...

    Wiper arm for T190

Well the season is upon us to use the wiper more. My only problem is my wiper arm is missing. Last time into the brush, it was adjusted beyond repair. Broke the darn thing for the third time in seven years. Only source, I have found, for replacement is Bobcat. Has anyone found a direct...

    Replacement tracks

New sproocket would be needed if the sprocket shows alot of wear on one side of the teeth. Looking like a comma on the front side, towards front of machine. I replaced mine with the McLaren tracks but will not need to this time. Got a set of Bobcat OEM coming Wednesday. McLaren offered a...

    Replacement tracks

Well here we go again. 900 hrs on the McLaren Tracks and something has broke. Warranty period was for only one year and we are now at two and half. Notified Mclaren with a photo to ask what they see the problem to be. Mowing on a slope Thursday sent the track off the front idler in to the...

T190 - Hydraulic fluid spraying out from hose area that goes into track wheel

Part #'s are imprinted on hose collar, if orignial hoses. Local hose shops are not much help in my area so I had to settle for Bobcat dealer. $90 - $25 each. I replaced 6 hoses total on my repair. 4 on the drive motor.

T190 - Hydraulic fluid spraying out from hose area that goes into track wheel

I had an easier time by taking the sprocket loose and the track came off with some work. Still need to get the machine jacked and blocked for space to slide the track out of your work space. Once you do have the cover off, take a picture of the hoses, (trace and record the location), before...

T190 - Hydraulic fluid spraying out from hose area that goes into track wheel

Fishflies has got the procedure down. When this happened to me, my leak was under the cab. The main hyd hose that feeds the drive motor had rubbed against the hard lines. Had to pull the track and cover to access the hoses. Quite a job to feed the hoses thru the body of the machine and still...

    T190 New Owner Problem

As previous post replied, check any wires/plugs leading to the temp sensor, oil sensor etc... I had problems with wires rubbed thru after years of use. Usually when wires are run over hard lines. Look for the obvious but expect hidden or broken wires within the harness. Good luck.

    T 190 genral questions.....NOOB

Left side for hydralic level site window. Floating ball in view. Good. Remove grease fittings that wont take grease. Put on grease gun and try to push dirt or froze grease out. Still clogged, replace fitting w/ new one. If the fitting takes grease re-install but do not tighten all the way in...

    Grapple Choices

I have a Solesbee 66" root grapple. Works great because the bottom is open so dirt and small rocks fall thru. Weighs about 800 lbs but it works well on my T190. Around $2500 three years ago.

does anyone have a service manual that tells me what code 40-13 means

Had a similar problem a while back. Found after replacing controller (which wasn't the cause), that a group of wires had rubbed on hard lines and shorted out intermittenly. Spliced all and worked fine from there. Can't remember the wire grouping but it was to my right hand controls. Wiggle the...

    Replacement tracks

It's been a year and 300 hrs. since I replaced my original tracks with McLaren. I had 2088 hrs on the old original tracks. So far the McLaren tracks are doing well. I also got the additional satisfaction that Bobcat had decided to offer the same tracks on my loader. I do notice a more aggressive...
