Hydraulic hose for lift cylinder stuck - any tips?

Considering how difficult these line fittings can be to remove, use this exact style or type of crows foot wrench. I have used this type for many years and they work well they don't strip the line nut. Hope this helps!

Inspect pump drive if all is OK take it to be tested at a place that tests deisel pumps. Also check fuel coming from the tank to the pump with no water or contamination if any.

    Hydraulic temp

Hi Foton, that's a great suggestion! However the cooling system has a separate cooler on the back of the radiator unlike yours. It does have a belt driven fan to cool both radiator and attached hydraulic cooler. I never thought the cooler could be plugged or restricted lowering the flow/volume...

LS 180 still starting hard after head rebuild and top end refresh

Just wondering, did you move or adjust the injector pump timing at all during the head repair? How did it start before when it was running? I think you should run a compression test before moving on to other testing to make sure bottom end is in good shape.

    Auxiliary Foot Pedal No Detent

All was well with my Thomas 173 skidsteer, however the detent on the auxiliary pedal will not stay in the detent position, is this an issue with the hydraulic valve body that controls hydraulic pressure or a switch that's not activating correctly? The bucket can be raised and lowered with out...
