Cleaned all connections, checked wiring finding nothing wrong, installed new ignition switch. Still have the same problem. click click click. frustrated.

Starter/solenoid clicks when you turn key. Sometimes it will engage and start skid steer. I’ve installed new relays, new solenoid, new starter, new battery cables new fully charged battery. Still have to turn key multiple times.

Thanks, yes I’m not sure which relay it was. All the relays were 27 years old so I just replaced them all $100

Well maybe someone else will come across this thread I replaced the 4 relays. Problem solved.

More information to add to my issue. The skid steer won’t turn over with the group Of 3 wires disconnected. Hooked the wires up, starts fine. Now none of the BOSS lights Come on. Loader and foot brake won’t operate without BOSS working
