I have a 2004 S300 with the Gold Package (keyless panel). It will just completely shut down for no reason. Then when I press the yellow Run/Enter button, the panels will cycle but then immediately shut off, so you can't put in the unlock code. A while back someone mentioned some solenoid on or...
