Bobcat 440

Thanks for shedding some light on that. I think I will come up with a way to mimic those cutouts. Probably with a template and a plasma for the top and for the bottom make a large cutout and weld in a new perforated panel. Are there any other notable differences in the 440 vs 440B?

Unrelated, but that looks very similar to the design of the Rounder L-600. I'll bet Rounder copied some of their design elements off Bobcat or vise-versa.

Why is there a difference in the rear door between the Bobcat 440 and 440B? VS. I own a 440 and have noticed the engine overheats when I run it for too long or if it is hot out. I noticed there are additional cutouts in the 440B rear door. So I'm thinking they are for better ventilation...
