Thanks for your quick response. The wire I refer to (spade connection) is white strip, looks like black body. But it could be just green that has faded into black over the years. I will test it to see if it gets voltage when the key is turned to the strt position.

Thank you! I took the engine protection plate off and was able to spin the engine, so am relived it is not seized up. It almost ahs to be the starter motor causing the issue. Ron Scott

Bobcat 743 Serial 501945271 Sensor shows 0 ohms - cold It is located in right side of Kubota engine (not sure of its model). And has alternator right in the way of removal. It will require removing whole engine protection shield to get to fan belt to remove. I am just wondering if someone...
