Thanks Tazza, I got frustrated with the darn thing and went and bought a new one instead. Figured there was no point trying to clean the old one up and have it fail later on.

Long story short, went to start the Bobcat and starter just clicked. Tore starter off and found out that the thing is full of rust and crap. So I want to pull it all apart and try cleaning it but can't for the life of me figure out how to pull the bendix gear off of it. Anyone ever pull one off...

I had the same trouble with my S250 as well. I tore the whole HVAC system down, cleaned the all the fins for the AC and heater. Put it back in and had barely a breath of air coming out still. Took it down once again, and I guess at one time someone took the blower motor out and when they put it...

Just thought I would post an update with what I found. Took the valve out, found it to be open with the temp knob set to cold. So it's working backwards, hot is cold, cold is hot. Anyone have any ideas as to why it's doing that? Thanks.

My heater control valve is leaking coolant though it, causing my AC to blow warm air. I known it's bad as the heater hoses on each side of the valve are hot. Accuator is removed from it and I manually shut the valve. Any who on to my question. It's a threaded valve style, and living up in Canada...

Hey all me again! Well today i tried to tackle the heater in my S250. Problem is it doesnt blow air hard out of the vents. You can barely feel it coming out. So I pulled the hvac system down, pulled the fan out, and tried to blow the condenser and heater core out with my air compressor. I...

If you don't have a slide hammer like I did when I did my s250 I made a little puller out of a 1/8" pipe nipple, 3/8 bolt and nut and piece of 3/4 angle iron. It popped them out pretty slick. I drilled a hole in the angle iron, put the bolt through the hole with the nut on it already. Stuck the...

Thanks for the reply tazza, I phoned the dealer today and talked to the service manager there. He told me there is a thermostat in the hvac housing and that sometimes goes out. So I found the wiring conector to it, took it apart and foun the pins in it were pushed in and not making conection...

Does anyone know were I could get a copy of the wiring diagram for a s250? I am trying to fix my AC on it and I can't get the compressor to turn on. Tried to bypass the low pressure sensor and still won't turn on. Any ideas? Thanks a lot in advance!

Sorry forgot to mention, I just changed all the filters on it 40 hours ago. But I guess it could still be giving trouble. I will have to get one next time I go to the city and give that a go. Thanks!

Not sure what may be up here, or if it's anything to worry about but my S250 seems to loose power and almost die out when doing a complete circle in one spot. The rest of the machine has lots of power for lifting, tires will also spin if you put it up against something. Any ideas what's up here...
