You don't happen to know of any threads where people have posted about replacing it with a chain drive? I have a busted clutch on a john deere 170 and cannot find any replacement parts.

Thanks for the reply, I am pretty sure they are the same design but will not interchange ( i will research some more). The bobcat is a lot better design, mine uses a set of plastic key ways to keep the two sheaves together.
