replaced all the spool seals in a 763f no leaks but weak on the upside of the arms . can't stall it with a over weight bucket load just and no power to lift a heavy bucket. new tight belt .I'm lost

is there anyway of replacing the manifold without pulling the engine big leak at the right side it's a high flow if that make a difference thx Mark
