    S185 controls question

Hi, I found a used S185 I am possibly interested in. Did they all come with the option of switching between hand only (all hand control) or hand and foot controls or were some hand and foot controls only? I am not real familiar with Bobcat machines. I have an old Case that is getting...

    Case 1840 self leveling bucket??

Thanks for the replies. that one way leveling sounds very troublesome. Ended up not getting this one for an assortment of other reasons too. Engine sounded and acted good and strong, hours were only around 2400. But.... there were quite a few oil leaks in the hydraulic lines. Thanks

    Case 1840 self leveling bucket??

Hi, I was/am looking at a used 1840 and did a little test drive. Did they have a self leveling bucket? The reason I ask is when raising the bucket it seemed to self level. When lowering it, however it did not self level on the way down. Not sure what is going on. I figure someone on here...

    Need Help with 1835c carb

Hi, I also have an 1835C gasser that I had the carburetor rebuilt 2 years ago. I had someone else do it, so I don't know for sure which kit they used, although I suspect they got it from a vendor on ebay, and it has worked just fine. I bought a distributor from a vendor on ebay for it. It...

    Hydraulic Fluid?

I agree with David 526, check with your CaseIH dealer. One of the CaseIH oils has the HTO additive already in it.

    Case 1835c loader quit working

A big thanks to River Fluid Power for finding a pump and coupler spline to repair the old one. It's all back together and back to doing what it does best.

    Case 1835c loader quit working

    Case 1835c loader quit working

Hi Today my 1835c started making an non-normal sound and the loader quit working, won't go up or down and does not tilt up, I think gravity is what tipped it down. The sound is hard to describe, not a high pitched squeal, more like a lower pitch whine. No warning lights on or buzzers went...

1835c engine temperature light and buzzer question

Finally got schedules to match up with the neighbor boy and have it repaired. Interestingly the wire had the insulation missing and some fraying in a couple spots in roughly a foot from the sensor. Replaced the sensor and the last foot of wire. Put new woven insulation sleeve on that...

1835c engine temperature light and buzzer question

I have not gotten it out yet. I do want to get it out to take to the NAPA store in town to make sure I can get the right one to put back in. Splicing wire a little further back does make sense. The neighbor kid with his smaller diameter arms should be able to get in there and work on it...
