Once I got them cleaned up I could see a wire clip holding it together. Before clean up, it looked to be a weld. Just one of those deceptions. Now it's a matter of finding o-rings and backers.

I agree, I will do both and be done with it. I have the cylinders off, does anyone know of a good way of getting the top cap off with out it? Also anyone know how to find out what rebuild kit I need?

I went out and look at the (2) cylinders that operate the tip, I don't see any obvious leaks on the outside. I raised the bucket up so i could see the cylinders. What I did notice is the cylinders appear to be welded on bothe ends. I would guess I need to cut an end off to get to the inside for...
