Just a clarification on this, the above part numbers are good, but you’ll want to shave 1/8” of each half, I only shaved one side and it barely fit in there.

Just a heads up on this for future reference. The bore (Stationary sheave) has pitting and wear inside that cannot be cleaned up with minor honing, so I will be swapping this to a chain drive.

Hello, I am having trouble re-sealing the variable speed sheave assembly with roto-swivel on my M600. I replaced the seals, but it is still leaking. I bought this with a non-functioning Variable. I'm curious if anyone has pictures of this dis-assembled. I'm thinking someone was in there before...

NJWBD, place the half sheave back on the splines as far as you can get it, take a ~6" piece of 2x4, wedge the end of it in between the jackshaft sheave halves and pry against the drive sheave(Loose) to drive the 2x4 into the jackshaft sheave, wedging it apart just barely enough to get the C-Clip...

Mine hasn't stopped moving, but I was unable to re-seal the sheave assembly and it is stuck in "low gear". Can you give me a head's up on which Bobcat dealers might have this in stock? My local one says it is NLA. At this point I would "Love" to pay $700 and get full function back...
