yep, lots of Armorall vinyl lube and prestreching with large long nose pliers worked for me. Maybe even heating them up in the sun? I replaced mine about 3 yrs ago with OEM and the new ones are cracking in the bellows area also. anyone know of a better source than Bobcat brand?

You have probably found the solution by now. Sometimes batteries fail on chargers so verify the Bobcat is getting full voltage. Should be 12.3 volts when the display in on. Let us know what you found. Jeff 03 S-160

I am new to the Bobcat club, bought a S-160 for farm work and work for friends. Every dealer will suggest a 14k trailer that tilts with a deck height of 22-26 inches. I kinda like the non-tilting type with ramps because the load is lower (18-19 inches above the road) and weight is 400 to 500 lbs...
