Another question how does the eic get power? Could all of this be coming from the seat switch. I can get a faint beep or buzzing coming from the eic panel when the key is on acc. But nothing when it is turned to on or start. If the seat switch was bad would it start in service mode? When I died...
My lx665 was setting there idling suddenly just died. Now it has no power to the eic or anywhere else. Tried to switch it to service mode still nothing. Check the battery and it was fine. Is there something that is a common problem with these machines? Also checked all the fuses. What else could...
wiggled the seat switch around. Started it up and shut it off got out of the seat and everything was fine no buzzers or lights flashing. I don't know if the seat switch could have caused all of this or not but everything is fine for now. Thanks for all your help Mike
Yes the pedal are locked and don"t come unlocked until the seatbelt is locked. Did what you said and with the key on I had power at #14 #12 and #4 and I wasn't setting in the seat. Does that mean the seat switch?
Got the alt working. now when I shut it off the battery light and seatbelt light come on and flash but not until I get out of the seat. I noticed that when I sat down in it that the lights didn't come on until I tried to start it. Could a bad seat switch cause all of this? The battery light...
finally got back to the skidsteer. I can get it to start now it seems that something is running the battery down. When I shut it off and get out the battery light keeps flashing. I noticed that when it was running the battery was only charging at 12.7v its normally at 13.8 or better I don't know...
checked the 15a fuse had 12v and was getting 12v at the large terminal on the relay and the 15a fuse blew now it just reads a little over 3v. Where does the wire that runs to the fuse come from?
which terminals on the switch should be continuous power. the only one getting power is the green wire and only 6 to 7 volts. Why would the battery light flash when the key is off
mine is the gold trim. pulled the cluster everything looked fine fuses are ok. I get a continuous beep with the key in the off position it goes away if I change the sevice/run switch to service. Did put a new ignition switch on but didn't make a difference. Don't have any voltage drop when...
a little more info. The eic only shows 4.4 volts I checked the battery and it was 14 (brand new) so it's like the voltage isn't getting from the battery to the rest of the machine. Any ideas?
went back to mess with it some more. now it won't turn over. It's like the ignition switch is off a position. the only time it quits beeping and the lights go off is when it is the run position. is there any way to check the switch or is there a relay somewhere that could be bad
Went to start my lx665 yesterday wouldn't start. So I figured the battery was old. Replaced the battery today. Now it starts but when you shut it off the battery light flashes and beeps. Could the problem be in the switch?
Does anyone know the part number of the cam plate cover and the oring in which it covers? I've looked at parts diagrams and can't find a bottom veiw of the transmission. It is on a lx665
