engine pre-heat count down works ok.sometimes after first start up,the hyrolics work,letting me lift and tilt the bucket,then when i start to move the machine,error code comes up,warning sound chimes,hydrolics lock up and the fight begins to get them to work again.

help! 99 lx665 turbo.on cold starts,hydrolics won't work-error03 on display,alarm sounds(beeps).let machine run awhile,shut off,restart and hydrolics work-sometimes.may have to shut off and restart several times,maybe only once.seems worse in cold weather??
