Are the bends near the tip? I'm thinking that it isn't a pressure issue, but something in the crankcase whipping around and striking the dipstick, nudging it up and bending it. Ball peen hammer and an anvil, straighten it as best. If that is the case, it should be making some pretty unpleasant...

There should be a 763 service in the manual thread, you might find an operator's guide in one of the other sites linked.

If you haven't already, you might check ebay, they often have a lot of parts that are hard to find. Also, you might join the Melroe facebook group they have a lot of people selling stuff.

In the manual thread there is a link that has all the error codes and what they mean, you should also be able to find a repair manual for the 753. It sounds like a bad connection in a relay plug in or something similar.

You should be able to go to Bobcat Parts Online and find the hose in the relevant page. There will be an exploded diagram that shows where it connects on both ends.

There should be a 773 book in the manual thread. That will have the solenoid module layout and wiring diagrams.

Rock Auto came up blank for relief valve parts, the Bobcat parts site lists plunger - 6632742 spring - 6632737 usually one can search bobcat + part number and get results, but not this time. Perhaps a search of mitsubishi 4g3 oil pressure relief valve will yield something that looks familiar...

I take it that the square ring is 9 and it has to fit in the groove of the piston 8. I thought that it was sandwiched between the two O-rings, 12 and 7, but if it rides on them I've no idea. Perhaps heating it in a can of hydraulic oil to about 250 and easing it on rather than stretching first...

Sounds like it might be the seat bar switch, or the wiring to it. Grab the 763 book from the manual thread and check the troubleshooting guide.

There are at least a couple of 743 books in the manual thread that have good wiring diagrams, have a look there.

Easiest and cheapest first step would be to unplug every connector you can find and look for corrosion, give a spray of contact cleaner and refit. Also check any ground wires for bad connections at the chassis, intermittent grounds are common issues.

It's a gas filled shock, it might just need some adjustment. Here's a parts breakdown diagram from Messick's with part numbers.
